My payment was denied

A quickfix is to do one of the following actions:

  • Try to use another browser

  • Change payment method on our homepage in connection with your purchase. You can pay either with STRIPE or PAYPAL (You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal.)

If you insist on using PayPal, please refer to PayPal’s guide on their homepage to find out how to solve your problem.
Below is an extract (not the full text) from their guide for “My payment was declined. Why can’t I make or send a payment?”:

If you get an error when you are trying to make a payment, this might be caused by one of the following situations:

  • Verify your e-mail address

  • There can be a problem with the payment method you have chosen – (the payment has been rejected or there is not enough money in your account). In this case contact your bank or credit card company to get more information.

  • The purchase amount is above the limitation you have on your PayPal account.

If your attempt to make a payment via your bank account is still not working or you still have problems with our credit card you can try the following:

  • Change your payment method. Before you can do this you have to add another credit card or bank account to your PayPal account. Both these options are easier and faster and provides greater flexibility.
