Kettlebell Strong is a kettlebell and barbell program for the intermediate lifter. 

You will be alternating between 2 full body workouts over 3 weekly  sessions. Make time to train for about 45 minutes each time. To make the most of this program, it is essential you know how to perform the foundation kettlebell and barbell exercises. 

The 12 week plan tracker makes is easy to follow the program and see the results.

Description

Kettlebell Strong is an organized and sustainable system to become stronger and move better.
It is not a program about finding out how much weight you can lift a single time. It’s not only about becoming stronger, because strength alone is useless if you can’t use it in your daily life. 

Each session in Kettlebell Strong builds progressively on the last, and it will be easy to track progress for yourself, through constant small improvements each week.
Each session is made of 3 blocks.
The 1st block includes moving under load.
The 2nd block is the main dish: this is where we really put all our efforts into becoming stronger.
The 3rd block is assistance work, mainly for the upper back and mid section.

What you need
Barbell and plates (options are given)
Kettlebells (in pairs)
Chin up bar or gym rings
Timer
