INDIAN CLUBS CIRCUIT TRAINING | FULL BODY WORKOUTS
Train along to our Indian clubs circuit training videos.
Volume 1 is perfect for people who recently started training with Indian clubs! We focus on strengthening legs, shoulders and forearms/ wrist with simple exercises.
Volume 2 is for people who have some understanding of the heart shaped swings, circles and pendulums, and ready for more demanding full body exercises.
Each volume includes our video “Club Swinging 101 Express” free of charge, if you need to review safety and key points!
Remember to warm up for 5 minutes before you press play. Stretch and cool down after training as needed.
All circuits in volume 1 and 2 are demonstrated for 1 round. It is up to you to repeat the circuits to suit your fitness levels. All circuit includes a PDF document where you can find training guidelines.
