Heart shaped swings (also called “Full swings”, “Swings” or “Mills”) are the signature movement of Indian clubs swinging.
The full swings combine a shoulder circle in front of the body with an elbow circle behind the back. The exercises in this series will challenge your timing, accuracy, focus and coordination.
