What’s a Pahlavandle?
The Pahlavandle™ is our own Danish innovation and take on an ancient form of training for warriors, the Indian club. The Pahlavande simply screws onto soda pop plastic bottles to create adjustable club sizes and weights up to 3kg. To this end, we recommend you fill 1,5 liter bottles with fine sand or winter salt.
